I am writing to tell you how pleased my husband and I have been with the services provided by Alex Kononoff in helping us find and purchase our new home. 

 We had started a few weeks earlier with another realtor (not from Keller Williams) and were very disappointed with the lack of attention and enthusiasm we were receiving. After bidding on 2 homes and not being successful, we decided to contact Alex again and start fresh. 

 From the minute he started working with us, we began to feel hope that we would really be able to buy a house. He initially interviewed us and listened attentively to our description of what we were looking for. He was ALWAYS available by phone or email, ALWAYS responsive to questions and requests, and even though we knew he was not exclusively working with us, we never felt as though he didn’t have time for us. He structured our house-hunting for us, and if he wasn’t bringing us to houses himself, he was sending us addresses to look at to see if we wanted to see the inside.  There was probably not a day in which we did not have some type of contact with him.

 In addition to his amazing work ethic, Alex is also very personable, a genuinely nice man.  When we were in a time crunch one evening, he offered to drive our daughter to a friend’s house for us.  He sent me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. He’s just a pleasure to be around.

 

 When our offer for our new home was accepted, the seller’s realtor told us that we had Alex to thank for getting us the house.  He met every deadline, went the extra mile, and delivered on every promise he made.  We are very grateful to him.

 

 My husband and I would highly recommend Keller Williams in general and Alex Kononoff in particular for anyone we know who wants to buy or sell a home.  Thank you for providing us with such wonderful service!
